If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, we'll happily refund or exchange it within 28 days. We will also refund or exchange it if you change your mind within 28 days, provided you return it as sold with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. You'll need your order confirmation email to do this.
To protect your personal security, we accept returns on some non-faulty imaging and recording products within 10 days of purchase only.
