It can take two working days to deliver to some stores in Northern Ireland and outlying parts of the UK mainland. This service is not available for large items (including large furniture items and large kitchen appliances).
Standard 2-5 day delivery
We'll deliver within 2-5 working days, except Bank Holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including Northern Ireland and outlying parts of the UK mainland, may take longer.
Express next day delivery
Books: Order by 1pm and we'll do our utmost to deliver it the following working day. If you order on a Saturday we'll do our utmost to deliver your order the following Monday, except Bank Holidays. For items that are not marked as despatch within 24 hours, we will endeavour to deliver them on the day after despatch.
All other products: Order by 3pm (Sunday - Friday) and we'll deliver the next day, except Bank Holidays. Premium delivery
When ordering small products in store or over the phone you can choose a 2 hr delivery slot. Please note this service is not available for online orders.
